The Nighttime Recovery Matrix (Per 1-Capsule Serving):

• Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate (250 mg): The "Gold Standard" of Magnesium. Unlike cheap oxides that act as laxatives, Bisglycinate is bonded to the amino acid glycine. This allows it to cross the blood-brain barrier effectively to calm the nervous system and relax muscles for deep sleep.
