  • L-Citrulline Malate 2:1 (3,000 mg): The gold standard for muscle pumps. We use a verified 2:1 ratio, meaning for every 2 grams of fermented L-Citrulline, you get 1 gram of Malic Acid. This specific bond enhances bioavailability and supports the Krebs Cycle (energy production).

     

  • Performance Electrolyte Blend:

    • Sodium Citrate (250 mg): Essential for maintaining blood volume and preventing muscle cramping during heavy sweating.

Most "pump" products rely on L-Arginine, which has poor absorption in the gut. Vital Flow utilizes L-Citrulline, which bypasses the liver and converts to Arginine in the kidneys. This results in a massive surge in plasma Arginine levels, triggering Nitric Oxide (NO) production.

Why the 2:1 Ratio Matters

Not all Citrulline is created equal. Vital Flow uses the clinically preferred 2:1 ratio of Citrulline to Malic Acid.
